“It is essential to manage all of your responsibilities openly and honestly. If you are unsure, then take the time to circle back to your clients and have a discussion with them. Clients do not appreciate receiving an answer for the sake of receiving an answer, they want to understand their options.” Michelle also mentions the importance of a follow-up. As someone who prides herself on her integrity and commitment to her clients, she states that forging professional relationships helps her maintain a competitive edge and provides access to more opportunities.
Throughout the interview, Michelle also answers the question, “What advice would you give to your younger self?” she responds, “The most important advice I would give to my younger self would be to know that everything works out over time. I would tell myself to not stress about minor details, and instead look at the bigger picture. I would also remind myself that customer service is key to long-term success.”
